Fruits of Choice
I have used steel cut oats in this Chocolate Oatmeal Pudding recipe instead of rolled or instant oats. They are more nutritious and filling than the other two types, though they take longer to cook.
I have also used Cacao powder instead of Cocoa powder because it's less processed and more intense. Here is a brilliant article that will help you understand why Cacao is better than cocoa.
This Chocolate Oats Pudding can be made in 15 minutes in the pressure cooker or Instant pot. Infact, you can make the oats ahead and keep in refrigerator and assemble this pudding at the time of eating.
