Mash the bananas in a large bowl. Do not puree it.
In a large mixing bowl, add the water, oil, egg and combine well.
In another bowl, mix toghether the flour, baking soda and baking powder.
Fold in the dry mix into the wet mix.
Prepare a Muffin Tray.Scoop in the batter to the ¾ capacity of the muffin.
Bake at 180 degrees for 20-22 min till a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
