  • Mash the bananas in a large bowl. Do not puree it.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the water, oil, egg and combine well.
  • In another bowl, mix toghether the flour, baking soda and baking powder.
  • Fold in the dry mix into the wet mix.
  • Prepare a Muffin Tray.Scoop in the batter to the ¾ capacity of the muffin.
  • Bake at 180 degrees for 20-22 min till a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
