Cook Bacon as per instructions.Set aside and cut it into bits.
Add the broth to the inner pot of the instant pot.
Place Chicken breasts and italian seasoning on top.
Close the lid and select Pressure cook for 7 minutes on high pressure.
After the cooking time is up, let the pressure release naturally for 3-5 minutes, after which open the pot.
Remove the chicken from the pot and shred it with forks. Alternatively, you can use a hand or a stand mixer to shred it quickly.Press cancel.
Select saute mode. Add the remainng ingredients- cheddar cheese, cream cheese, cooked bacon and green onions.Give it a mix.Re(serve some green onions and becon for garnish.)
Using a strong ladle or spatula, give everything a mix.The mixture will appear a bit watery at first but as it mixes, it becomes thicker.
As the chicken cools, the dish becomes even thicker.Garnish with reserved green onions and bacon bits.
