Hot honey burrata toast
Ingredients
- 1 Slice Bread I used sour dough bread
- ¼ Ball Burrata
- 1 Tablespoon Hot Honey check notes to make homemade honey
Instructions
- Toast the bread in a toaster or a cast iron pan on medium heat.
- Once the bread is golden, spread the burrata on it.
- Drizzle salt and hot honey on top.
- Garnish with herbs - i have used thyme.

Homemade Hot Honey
- ¼ Cup Honey
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Chili flakes or fresh chili peppers/ smoked paprika
- 1 Tablespoon Apple cider vinegar or red wine vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic powder
- ¼ Teaspoon Salt
