Mash the bananas in a large bowl. Do not puree it.
In a large mixing bowl, add the milk(or water), oil, egg and combine well.
To the same bowl, add the flour, baking soda and baking powder.
Fold in the dry mix into the wet mix.
Prepare a Muffin Tray. Scoop in the batter to the ¾ capacity of the muffin.
Bake at 400 F or 200 C for 5 minutes till you see the muffin tops.Reduce the temperature to 365F or 180 C ad bake for 15-16 minutes till a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
