Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado or two baby avocados
  • ½ Lime
  • 1 Tablespoon Shallot
  • 1 Tablespoon Cilantro
  • 1 Jalapeno start with ⅛ teaspoon
  • Salt as per taste

Instructions

  • Slice the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
  • Use a fork to mash the avocados to your desired texture—chunky or smooth, you do you
  • Pour in the lime juice and sprinkle in the salt. Mix gently to combine.
  • Add the chopped onion, jalapeno and cilantro. Mix everything together until evenly combined.Start with just ⅛ teaspoon of chopped cilantro and build it up after.
  • Give it a quick taste and add more salt or lime juice if needed.
