Indian Sprout Salad in Chutney Dressing
Indian Sprout Salad in Green Chutney Dressing - Healthy Indian Salad made at home with coriander and Mint Chutney Dressing
- 1 Cup Sprouts
- 1 Cup Diced Cucumbers
- 1 Cup Diced Red and Yellow Peppers
- 3 tablespoon Green Chutney
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Cook the Sprouts in 3 cups of boiling water for 10 minutes.Drain and let them cool.
Meanwhile mix together the Green Chutney and Olive oil.Add a teaspoon of water if the dressing is too thick.
Mix the Sprouts, Cucumbers and pepper toghether.Pour the Chutney dressing and eat!
