Indian Sprout Salad in Green Chutney Dressing - Healthy Indian Salad made at home with coriander and Mint Chutney Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Sprouts
  • 1 Cup Diced Cucumbers
  • 1 Cup Diced Red and Yellow Peppers
  • 3 tablespoon Green Chutney
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Cook the Sprouts in 3 cups of boiling water for 10 minutes.Drain and let them cool.
  • Meanwhile mix together the Green Chutney and Olive oil.Add a teaspoon of water if the dressing is too thick.
  • Mix the Sprouts, Cucumbers and pepper toghether.Pour the Chutney dressing and eat!
