Notes
Chicken wings- Drying the chicken wings will make sure that the wings do not stew instead of "frying" and get a nice browning on them.Baking Powder - It may seem weird, but it will really make the chicken wings extra crispy! Make sure it's not clumpy; otherwise, you will end up tasting bits of baking powder, and that's not fun at all!Air fry - It is life-changing to make wings and potato fries in the air fryer. Unlike the oven, the air fryer crisps up anything quickly and with literally no oil! I strongly suggest buying one.Chili Flakes- You can adjust the amount of chili flakes based on your tolerance. I have used mild chili flakes, but I have to say my son finds it spicy. Other options are fresh peppers, fresh green chilies, cayenne pepper, and my favorite, smoked paprika. Hot honey sauce - This sauce comes together in less than 3 minutes! Sometimes, sauces are difficult to balance, but this one is quite easy to make. You can drizzle it over pizza, yogurt, or morning toast or toss tofu in it. There are endless ways to use it up!Serving- Serve the wings hot, right after tossing with ay dips you have on hand.I like it with creamy cooling dips like my 5 minute yogurt dip, green onion dip or even a quick aioli like the chimichurri aioli or sriracha lime aioli.
