Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Cottage cheese
  • ¼ Cup Buffalo sauce more if you want it spicier
  • 1 Cup Shredded chicken breast
  • ¼ Cup Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Blend the cottage cheese and hot sauce to a smooth paste.
  • In an oven proof dish, add the shreded chicken.
  • Mix the chicken with the hot sauce and cottage cheese mix.
  • Top it with cheese of choice and broil for 10 minutes till the cheese on top is bubbly and browned.
