Egg Dosa
Quick and easy south indian breakfast staple - dosa but with an egg.

- ¼ Cup Dosa Batter
- 1 teaspoon Ghee
- 1 teaspoon Chili oil or podi
- 1 Egg
Heat the skillet or tawa. It should be piping hot so that a spray of water evaporates immediately.
Add ¼ cup of dosa batter using a ladle. Use the ladle to spread the dosa batter in a spiral manner.
Drizzle ghee all around.
Break an egg over the dosa. Cover and cook on low heat till the egg whites are set.
Sprinkle podi or drizzle your favorite chili oil.
Serve with chutney
