Slit the date from the top. Make sure to cut only the top part. Remove the seed
Fill the piping bag with peanut butter. Or you can just use a spoon.

Add a few pieces of crushed peanuts. If using toothpick, skewer the date from the bottom.
Meanwhile, microwave the chocolate in a deep small microwave-safe bowl in 30 second bursts for about 2 minutes(More or less).In every 30 seconds, keep stirring the chocolate.
Once the chocolate has melted and it flowy and smooth, Stop heating the chocolate.
If the chocolate is thick and not flowy, add ¼ teaspoon of coconut oil to it. Mix it up and add more oil if needed(Read notes)
Either drizzle the chocolate on top or you can dip it completely.
Keep the chocolate dipped date on a flat tray lined with parchment paper.
Top the dipped dates with crushed peanuts.
Let it rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes so that the chocolate solidifies.
