Equipment

  • 1 Crepe Pan or a  small non-stick pan

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup All purpose Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 ¼ Cup Whole Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter Melted , 2-3 tablespoon more for cooking
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ cup Nutella
  • 2-3 Banana

Instructions

  • Melt the butter in the microwave.Let it cool down for a minute or two.
  • Whisk toghether the eggs, milk, vanilla extract and sugar.
  • In another bowl, add the flour. Add the liquid mixture to the flour, little by little to avoid lumps. Whisk well.
  • Add the cooled melted butter.Mix well. The batter should be thin, lumpfree and flowy.
  • Heat a nonstick pan on medium heat. Brush it lightly with butter.
  • Pour a little batter in the middle and using circular motion, spread the batter till the pan is evenly coated.
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes till it turns golden brown.Flip and cook the other side for 1 minute.
  • Repeat for the rest of the batter.
  • Spread Nutella on one side of the crepe. Top it with sliced bananas.
  • Fold the crepe. Top with more fresh fruits, powdered sugar and nutella and serve!

Notes

Crepe Pan

You need nonsticky cookware that you can lift with a handle. A pan like the one in the picture works best, but you can also use a skillet and spread the batter with a ladle instead.
To use a stainless steel pan, heat the pan till a few drops of water form balls instead of spreading and evaporating. Brush with oil, reduce the heat to medium, and proceed.

Serving & Storage

You can make crepes and serve them immediately or within 2-3 hours of making them. The texture does not change much when cooled.
I like to serve the crepes with bowls of different toppings and fixings like Syrups, nuts, and fruits.That way everyone can dyi your own combinations.
