Oven - Roast the jalapeno in the oven for 15 minutes till it is charred.
Stove Top- Char it directly over fire for 3-5 minutes till it's completely charred.
Place the charred jalapeno inside an air tight container for 2 minutes. This will make it easy to remove the burnt skin of the jalapeno. Chop it into tiny bits. Reserve one teaspoon for garnish.
In a food processor, whip the feta and 2 tablespoon of lemon juice till it's broken up.
Transfer to a bowl. Add chopped jalapeno, chopped parsley leaves, 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Also add ΒΌ teaspoon of lemon zest. Give it a mix.
Drizzle olive oil and garnish with reserved chopped jalapenos.
