Ingredients

  • 1 Ball Burrata Cheese Italian Fresh soft cheese
  • 3 Cups Tomatoes mixed- cherry tomatoes and heirloom tomatoes
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • ½ Cup Basil leaves loosely packed
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt flaky sea salt
  • ¼ Teaspoon Black pepper freshly cracked

Instructions

  • Slice the large tomatoes and place on the serving tray.
  • Add all the smaller cherry tomatoes on top.
  • Place the burrata cheese in the middle. Pinch it to gently break it open.
  • Add the basil leaves on top.
  • Dress with olive oil, salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar.
  • Serve immedietely.
