Burrata Caprese - Creamy italian soft cheese paired with ripe in season tomatoes and fresh basil leaves.

- 1 Ball Burrata Cheese Italian Fresh soft cheese
- 3 Cups Tomatoes mixed- cherry tomatoes and heirloom tomatoes
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- ½ Cup Basil leaves loosely packed
- ½ Teaspoon Salt flaky sea salt
- ¼ Teaspoon Black pepper freshly cracked
Slice the large tomatoes and place on the serving tray.
Add all the smaller cherry tomatoes on top.
Place the burrata cheese in the middle. Pinch it to gently break it open.
Add the basil leaves on top.
Dress with olive oil, salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar.
Serve immedietely.
