Notes
Tomatoes- Any fresh, rips tomatoes will work.I have used cherry tomatoes. To make balsamic glaze at home, simply take ¼ cup of balsamic vinegar and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Simmer it till it thickens and becomes like syrup. Keep in mind that the reduction will thicken as it cools. If it's too thick, dissolve it with some water.Tip- If you don't have access to fresh tomatoes, use a teaspoon of tomato paste, spread it over the bread while toasting it.Top with fresh burrata and you are good to go!
