Preheat the air fryer to 365 F / 180C for 5 minutes.
Use a glass or cookie cutter to cut out the circle in the middle of the bread.
Remove the air fryer basket. Place the pacrhment paper or liner on it.

Air fry at 360 F or 180 C for 6 minutes.
If the egg is not fully set, let it sit in the left over heat inside the air fryer for another minute.
