  • 1 slice Bread
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt as per taste
  • Black pepper as per taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 365 F / 180C for 5 minutes.
  • Use a glass or cookie cutter to cut out the circle in the middle of the bread.
  • Remove the air fryer basket. Place the pacrhment paper or liner on it.
  • Place the bread and the round center, on parchment paper, centering the c
  • Break an egg into it.
  • Air fry at 360 F or 180 C for 6 minutes.
  • If the egg is not fully set, let it sit in the left over heat inside the air fryer for another minute.
