Ingredients
Chicken whole Legs-2
Buttermilk-2 cups1 part yoghurt 2 parts water
Salt-½ tsp
Peri Peri Spice-2 tbspsubstitute with equal parts of garlic powder,tomato powder,onion and salt
Panko Crumbs-1 cup
Parsley-1 tablespoon chopped
Egg-1
Flour/Maida-1 cup
Oil-1 tbsp
Instructions
Marinate the chicken legs with buttermilk and the salt for minimum 30 minutes and maximum 24 hours.
Mix the panko crumbs with the peri peri spice and spread them on a plate.If you are using nachos then adjust the spices based on how the nachos are spiced.
Break an egg and whisk it.Pour it on a plate.
Spread the flour also on a plate.
Coat the chicken (straight out of the marinade) with the flour.
