Overnight Oats Basic Recipe
The basic recipe for overnight oats.
- 2 tablespoon Rolled Oats NOT instant oats or Steel Cut oats
- 100 ml Liquid - water,milk or Greek Yogurt or Dahi
- 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds Optional
Mix toghether the rolled oats,chia seeds and the liquid of choice.
Refrigerate overnight or atleast 6 hours.
Top or mix with your choice of topping.Refer below for ideas
