The basic recipe for overnight oats.

  • 2 tablespoon Rolled Oats NOT instant oats or Steel Cut oats
  • 100 ml Liquid - water,milk or Greek Yogurt or Dahi
  • 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds Optional


  • Mix toghether the rolled oats,chia seeds and the liquid of choice.
  • Refrigerate overnight or atleast 6 hours.
  • Top or mix with your choice of topping.Refer below for ideas
