Set the instant pot to "SAUTE" mode.Once Hot,Add Ghee/Oil.
Add Cumin,Bay leaf and Green Chillies.Once it starts spluttering, add garlic and ginger.Cook for 20-30 seconds.
Add the Sliced onions, carrots, beans and cook for 5 minutes.Sprinkle the Garam Masala, Turmeric and add the Yogurt.
Stir the Pot,Add Millets.Add 3/4 cups of water.Season with salt.
Cancel the Sauté Function.Pressure Cook for 4 minutes with the valve at sealing position.
Let the pressure escape on its own.Open the Instant Pot once the valve drops.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with yogurt.
