Egg Baked in a large palm sized portobello mushroom
Servings 1 serving
- Portobello Mushroom-Large
- Salt to taste
- Chilli Flakes
- Olive Oil
Wash and dry the mushroom .Brush with oil.
Bake for 5 minutes in oven preheated at 180 degrees.
Break the egg carefully in the mushroom.Bake for 15-18 minutes at 180 degrees
Season with salt and chilli flakes
