Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Oats
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate chips optional
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • A pinch Salt

Instructions

  • Break the egg in a bowl.
  • Add the sugar and whisk together.
  • Add the peanut butter, baking soda and salt and combine everything.
  • Mix in the oats and add chocolate chips (if you want.)
  • Take small table tennis ball sized dough in your hand.Press it on the baking tray.
  • Bake for 10 minutes till slightly brown.
