Healthy Peanut Butter Cookies
Easy and healthy Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip Cookies
Servings 10 cookies
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup Brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup Oats
- 1/4 cup Chocolate chips optional
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- A pinch Salt
Break the egg in a bowl.
Add the sugar and whisk together.
Add the peanut butter, baking soda and salt and combine everything.
Mix in the oats and add chocolate chips (if you want.)
Take small table tennis ball sized dough in your hand.Press it on the baking tray.
Bake for 10 minutes till slightly brown.
