  • 250 Ml Coconut Milk
  • 3 tablespoon Green Thai Curry Paste
  • 2 Cups of vegetables- mix of mushrooms carrot,pok choy,peppers
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • ¼ cup water
  • Salt to Taste


  • Heat a large pot.
  • Add a teaspoon of oil.Saute the curry paste in it for 1 minute
  • Once fragrant add the vegetables and cook on high flame.
  • Add the coconut milk and ¼ cup water.Season with salt.
  • Bring to boil.Your curry is ready!


Serve the curry with Rice
You can vary the vegetables, add chicken or tofu to this too.
