  • 250 gms Strawberries sliced frozen or fresh
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar/Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Butter


  • Cut the strawberries into wedges.
  • Heat the butter in a pan.
  • Add the strawberries in the pan.Let them cook for 1 minute on medium flame till they leave their water.
  • Add Sugar,water and balsamic vinegar and cook till the sauce thickens and water is reduced.
