Homemade strawberry Compote
Servings 1 cup
- 250 gms Strawberries sliced frozen or fresh
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar/Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Butter
Cut the strawberries into wedges.
Heat the butter in a pan.
Add the strawberries in the pan.Let them cook for 1 minute on medium flame till they leave their water.
Add Sugar,water and balsamic vinegar and cook till the sauce thickens and water is reduced.
