  • Air fryer


  • 1 Cup Peanuts
  • 1 teaspoon Oil Peanut oil/Olive oil/Ghee
  • 1 tablespoon Seosoning*


  • In a bowl, mix toghether the peanuts,oil and the seosoning
    1 Cup Peanuts, 1 teaspoon Oil, 1 tablespoon Seosoning*
  • Add them to the air fryer basket, Close the air fryer..
  • Set the temperature to 180 C or 365 F. Set the time to 5 minutes.
  • Shake the peanuts at 3 minute mark.
  • At the end of 5 minutes, take the peanuts out.
  • Place them in a plate and let it cool before eating.

Masala Peanuts
To make Masala Peanuts in the air fryer.You will need 1 tablespoon Chickpea Flour(besan), Salt, Chilli and some dry Mango powder.Add oil in it and make it pasty.Toss the peanuts in the Masala paste and air fry for 5 minutes as usual.
Storing Peanuts
Store the roast peanuts in an air tight container for upto 7-10 days.
Reheating or Refreshing Peanuts
To make peanuts crispy again, Air fry the roasted peanuts for 2 minutes at 180C or 365F.
