Heat olive oil in a cast iron pan(or a nonstick pan).
Once the oil is hot, add the sliced onions and cook till they start turning golden brown.
At this point, add Harissa and give it a mix.If the paste is too thick, add a tablespoon of water to help it mix better.
Crumble tofu between your fingers and add to the pan.Saute till the tofu gets heated through and coated with the harrisa mixture.
Taste and adjust the seasoning.Add salt if required.
Sprinkle with nigela seeds and serve alongside salad and Toast
Notes
You can use extra firm tofu for a crispier scramble.If you prefer a softer scamble, use silken tofu instead.Nigella seeds can be substituted with caraway or sesame seeds.
