Chia Pudding with Tropical Fruits and Walnuts

Overnight soaked Chia seeds pudding with mango, pomegranate and frozen grapes garnished with walnuts.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 100 ml Coconut milk replace with normal milk if not on paleo or lactose tolerant
  • 1 Mango-diced
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 10 tablespoon other fruits like-strawberries pomogranate and grapes
  • 2-3 Walnut or any other nuts.

Instructions

  • Soak the chia seeds overnight in coconut milk,honey and 2 tablespoon of water.
  • In the morning layer the soaked chia seeds with fruits .
  • Garnish with walnuts.
  • Serve immediately
