Strawberry Compote

Ingredients
- 10 Strawberries fresh/Frozen diced
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 3 tablespoon Water
Instructions
- Combine strawberries,sugar and water in a sauce pan.
- Place on a medium flame and cook till thick.
Notes
This can be used as a filling in cakes or as a jam for pancakes etc also
