Italian Puttanesca Sauce
Spicy Italian Puttanesca Sauce with tomato,olives and Capers

- 3 Cups Grated Tomatos
- 2 tablespoon Chopped Black Olives
- 2 tablespoon Chopped Capers
- 4-5 Large Garlic Cloves
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoon Chilli Flakes
- 1 Anchovie Fillet-chopped.
- 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
- 1 Pinch Black Pepper
- Handfull Fresh herbs-Basil and Thyme
- Salt to Taste
Heat the oil in a a pan.
Add chopped Garlic,capers,olives,anchovies,dried parsley. Saute well.
Just before adding the tomatoes add the chilli flakes.
Next Add in the grated tomatoes.Cook for 2-4 minutes.
Once the tomatoes are cooked and the sauce has thickened add the fresh herbs.
Season with salt and pepper.
