Ingredients
½KgBaby Potatoes
2tablespoonOil
1teaspoonJeera
1tablespoonCoriander Powder
1teaspoonChilli powder
1teaspoonTurmeric
Salt to Taste
Fresh Coriander for Garnish
Instructions
Wash the baby potatoes and Boil in pressure cooker with water and 1tsp salt for just 1 whistle.Alternatively boil in an open vessel with enough water and 1 teaspoon salt till the potatoes are cooked(fork can be inserted)
Remove the skin.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan.Add the potatoes.Saute and cook till they start turning golden brown.
Make a small space in the middle of the pan.Add the left over 1 tablespoon oil.
Once hot, add the jeera, coriander powder, chilli powder and turmeric.Roast for 15 seconds(keep an eye as it burns easily).Add salt as per taste.
Mix with the potatoes till they are well coated.Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
