¾TeaspoonOregano

2TablespoonOlive Oil
½CupMayonnaise
Instructions
Add the garlic, parsely, red wine vinegar, chili and salt to the food procesor.Pulse till the parsley is finely shredded.
If you do not have a food processor- Finely chop the parsley and garlic with a sharp knife.
Add oil.(notice how we add less oil than traditional chimmichuri because of mayaonnaise)
Add this mix to the mayonnaise and give it a mix.
Taste test, add more salt or vingear if you need to.
Notes
Olive oil
In a regular chimichurri sauce, you will add about ½ cup of olive oil.In the aioli, we have reduced that to 1 tablespoon because the mayonnaise has oil in it too.
