Pepitas

Use unsalted pepitas for this recipe. We are looking for raw, shelled green color  pumpkin seeds

Ground Chili

If you are going for that typical Mexican flavor, then use tajin.
Otherwise, any ground chili powder in your pantry will do.As long as it is in a powdered form and not flakes.
For a mild chili flavor, use paprika
For a spicier version, use cayenne pepper
You can also use storebought lime chili seasoning and skip both chili and lime juice.
