Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Sriracha 3 tablespoon for spicier version
  • Lemon Juice or lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Or Garlic clove, pressed
  • ½ teaspoon Sugar Powdered or Honey

Instructions

  • Add everything to a bowl.
  • Whisk it up.
  • Taste and adjust salt, sugar and lime juice as per taste.

Notes

The Sriracha should be enough for 8-10 people easily.

Substitutions 

  • Mayonnaise - Homemade or Storebought mayo.Greek Yogurt and sour cream are good alternates
  • Sriracha - Hot sauce, sambal oelek, Gochujang, or any other spicy sauce
  • Lemon - Lime
  • Garlic - Garlic powder or fresh garlic
  • Sugar
You can adjust the spice level as per your taste and preferences. For a milder sauce, use only one tablespoon of sriracha.

Serving

  • Hot Dogs, Sandwiches & Burgers - Use this creamy sriracha aioli as a spread on bread or drizzle it over your hot dogs.
