- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon Sriracha 3 tablespoon for spicier version
- Lemon Juice or lime juice
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Or Garlic clove, pressed
- ½ teaspoon Sugar Powdered or Honey
The Sriracha should be enough for 8-10 people easily.
Substitutions
- Mayonnaise - Homemade or Storebought mayo.Greek Yogurt and sour cream are good alternates
- Sriracha - Hot sauce, sambal oelek, Gochujang, or any other spicy sauce
- Lemon - Lime
- Garlic - Garlic powder or fresh garlic
- Sugar
You can adjust the spice level as per your taste and preferences. For a milder sauce, use only one tablespoon of sriracha.
