Instructions
Roasting Whole Garlic
Preheat the Air fryer at 200 C /400F.
Slice the tops off the Garlic.
Place it in an Aluminum Foil. Drizzle oil and salt.
Air fry for 25 minutes at 200C / 400 F or Bake in Oven at 180C /365F for 1 hour.
Open the Aluminium foil with caution. There will be a lot of steam inside.
Squeeze the garlic out. Mash it up. Let it cool down before you add the butter.
To that add the room temperature butter and herbs.
Mash and Mix it all up with a fork.Your butter is ready.

Storage
The Roasted Garlic butter will keep in the refrigerator for 3-4 weeks.It can also be frozen and used directly from the freezer. It should last 4-5 months in the freezer.
How to use Compound Butter
Slather it straight on a toasted bread! Top it up with anything you want like a boiled egg, roasted cherry tomatoes , burrata.
Make Sandwiches or Grilled Cheese!
Toast your bread in the compound butter.
Add it to marinara sauces to amp up their flavors. Especially if they are store bought.
