Instant Pot Sweet and Sour Chicken- Asian Style Chicken with pineapple Chunks, bell peppers and Onions.Delicious Classic Chicken takeout dish made in the pressure cooker.
Add the Chicken,Sauces- Vinegar, ketchup,Soy sauce, pineapple juice and Garlic in the inner pot of instant pot.
Close the lid.Pressure COOK on HIGH for 4 minutes.Quick Release.
Open the Instant pot.Add the - Pineapple slices,Onions and Bell peppers.
Close the lid and PRESSURE COOK on HIGH for 1 minute.Quick Release after the time is over.
Add the ¼ Cup water and Corn Starch mixed with 2tbsp of water.Bring to boil.
If you like a lot of gravy, add ¼ Cup of more water.
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.Serve hot with Rice.

Spicy Sweet & Sour Chicken - Add chilli flakes as per your tolerance to add more kick to it.To make it Paleo & Whole 30 approved- Make sure you use Coconut Aminos instead of Soy sauce.Whole 30 approved ketchup and Apple Cider Vinegar instead of rice vinegar.
