This year has been all about healthy cooking.I have incorporated a lot of Millets,Quinoa and Salads into my diet.Though there have been some epic indulgent desserts, overall I have stayed healthy! In fact, I see the direction of my blog moving from decadence to Healthy and wholesome food!
I have made tonnes of Ragi recipes, also called as Finger Millet.I am pretty sure I will make loads of Ragi recipes in 2019 too.

This instant Ragi Dosa recipe has been a game changer for me!! I have successfully removed wheat and rice from my everyday food using this recipe.This recipe is Gluten Free and Vegan.

Another winning recipe from 2018 is this Foxtail Milet Puliyohara.This is a twist on classic tamarind rice recipe using Foxtail millets instead of rice.
Look at this picture! I almost want to jump off my sofa and make this..and I just ate lunch!! These Hasselback potatoes have crispy ends and gooey center. It’s such a perfect side to any dinner!
This cake is like “Plain Jane dressed as Madonna”.It looks normal enough but its actually super super decadent.It even has a shot of rum in it!This is so different from my other apple recipe- Warm Apple Cinnamon Cake with Caramel Glaze
In all honest, I don’t know why would you roast the chicken any other way.I mean look at it!!
